Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning Room)

This qualification covers work in boning rooms and meat wholesale businesses that cut whole carcases into meat cuts. It includes knife sharpening, equipment care, hygiene, quality and HACCP rules, and safe work. If you already work as a boner or slicer, your skills may be recognised through RPL.
